Senior Compliance Manager

About the role
The successful candidate, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance, will assume an individual contributor role responsible for executing key elements of DPC’s ethics and compliance program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of certain areas of DPC’s global ethics & compliance program, including:
- US export compliance (e.g., Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
- Jurisdiction & Classification analysis
- Export licensing requirements analysis
- Export license applications (e.g., agreements, exceptions, exemptions, licenses)
- Create and deploy training and job aids to support functional stakeholders throughout the business.
- Assist with company risk assessments and provide project management leadership for mitigation plans.
- Lead and/or assist with investigations of compliance matters.
- Conduct self-assessments to gauge whether controls have been successfully implemented across company sites.
- Develop and track key performance indicators.
