Senior Compliance Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will help drive the day-to-day compliance program in close partnership with senior leadership and Legal, with a focus on strengthening governance and supporting consistent execution across the organization. The position will oversee compliance policies, internal audit controls, and risk assessment activities tied to billing, coding, and revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will also investigate compliance concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and help ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Support execution of the day-to-day Compliance Program with senior leadership Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams for program execution Oversee compliance policies, including updates and implementations Manage internal compliance audit controls focused on RCM/Billing/Coding Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions Lead the annual RCM compliance risk assessment and develop controls Investigate compliance concerns and escalate issues appropriately Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, legal, finance, or a related field preferred 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit Experience in healthcare or similar regulated environments is advantageous Certifications such as CCEP or CHC preferred Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements Benefits Flexible vacation policy allowing time off with manager approval 80 hours of paid sick, safe, and caregiver leave annually Opportunities for professional growth and development Access to performance bonuses based on eligibility Comprehensive health benefits offered by the company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
