Senior Compliance Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will also conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent non-compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on the organization
• Provide guidance and training to other departments on compliance matters
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX

Qualifications

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
