• Stay current on emerging AI community tools and continuously explore new ways to automate engagement, reduce friction, and improve program efficiency.

Measure and Grow

Own measurable outcomes: community membership growth, engagement, customer retention (GRR), and advocacy program participation.

Use data to continuously improve program design, content strategy, and champion engagement — reporting with clarity to senior stakeholders.
