About the role

As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You will provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members and act as a resource for new hires. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high-traffic time for prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to ensure a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, recommendations, and creative marketing campaigns.
• Conduct continuous outreach and use social media to fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark.
• Follow through on leads with tailored updates, helping prospective residents envision life in the community.
• Provide leadership, support, and training to leasing team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total base pay range: $43,500.00 – $63,500.00.

Location: Natick, Massachusetts (01760). Full-time position with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
