About the role

Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Senior Leasing Consultant to oversee the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities. In this role, you will ensure our residents experience luxury living while redefining what it means to live in style and comfort. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high-traffic time for prospective residents.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the driving force in helping residents find their ideal home by customizing tours to individual tastes, from recommending floorplans to highlighting neighborhood amenities.
  • Leverage strong customer service skills to create a sense of community and deliver a spectacular experience for new and prospective residents.
  • Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Maintain consistent follow-through with tailored updates for prospective residents, including floorplan availability, local hotspots, and neighborhood events.
  • Provide leadership, support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members, acting as a resource for new hires.
  • Uphold a genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total base pay range: $43,500.00 - $63,500.00.

Position type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038.
