As a Senior Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized leasing tours and recommend ideal floorplans
• Outline local amenities such as new neighborhood restaurants, hot‑spot openings, and food trucks
• Follow up on every lead with tailored updates to prospective residents
• Ensure Saturday availability for high‑traffic leasing periods
• Deliver incredible customer service and foster a sense of community
• Build relationships that drive resident satisfaction and leasing success
• Apply sales and marketing expertise through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
• Provide support, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to team members; act as a resource for new hires

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role within the real estate or property management industry

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 – $63,500.00

Schedule

Position type: Full time; Weekly scheduled hours: 40. Saturday availability is required. Located in Burlington, Massachusetts 01803.
