Responsibilities

• Drive the leasing process by helping residents find the best place to call home, offering creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes.
• Provide incredible customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to ensure a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Follow through with prospective residents by providing tailored updates on floorplans, neighborhood highlights, and community features.
• Support and guide associates, providing on-the-job training and acting as a resource for new hires.

Requirements

• Availability on Saturdays, as weekends are high-traffic times for prospective residents.
• 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $63,500.00

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
