Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end global sales commission operations, including calculation, validation, reconciliation, accruals, and payout execution
- Leading monthly commission close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to financial close timelines
- Partnering with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure consistent compensation governance and accurate plan administration
- Delivering commission reporting and analytics, including quota attainment, stack ranking, and performance insights for executive decision-making
- Serving as Xactly Incent system administrator, supporting configuration, maintenance, testing, and enhancements
- Ensuring strong SOX compliance, audit readiness, and internal control discipline across all commission processes
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and field experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or commission operations (SaaS experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent or similar commission systems strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive design principles
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and complex calculations
- Experience supporting month-end close processes, accruals, and financial reconciliations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, HR, and executive teams
- A high attention to detail with a strong process improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems

Pay
The base salary range for this position is between $160,000 to $165,000. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Schedule
The role is based in Sunnyvale and requires 3 days per week in the office. Employees have the option to work remotely 2 days per week.
