About the role
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will provide financial analysis and reporting support to senior management. This role will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, variance analysis, and other financial analyses as needed.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling software.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting processes.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Experience with financial reporting systems and tools.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
- Experience with financial modeling tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
