Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Our attorneys represent developers, lenders, investors, property owners, and businesses in sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey and beyond. We are looking for an experienced professional who is eager to become a key member of a collaborative, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Support loan, financing, and refinancing transactions
• Review and coordinate due diligence materials
• Analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents
• Prepare closing checklists, closing documents, and post-closing deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
• Assist with commercial leasing matters and entity formations

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
