Responsibilities

  • Leading leasing and sales transactions end to end
  • Maintaining and expanding your existing client relationships
  • Driving new business through your network and market presence
  • Advising clients on strategy, positioning, and portfolio decisions
  • Collaborating with experienced brokers across Wisconsin on larger opportunities
  • Mentoring junior talent if that is part of your goals

Requirements

  • 10 or more years in commercial real estate brokerage
  • A consistent track record of production
  • An established network in Madison or the broader Wisconsin market
  • Strong negotiation and advisory skills
  • A self directed, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Active Wisconsin real estate license
