The Lee & Associates – Columbus, Ohio office is seeking talented and experienced Senior Agents to join our team. Lee & Associates is the largest agent-owned commercial real estate firm in North America.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various commercial representation roles and specialties
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and execute marketing strategies for listings
• Utilize technology tools to manage listings, properties, and clients
• Attend and participate in industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of success in sales and client management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the commercial real estate industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
