Sands Investment Group (SIG) is hiring a high-performing Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our team. Whether you have a few years of experience, or a track record of 8 figure deal volume, we offer the tools, deal flow, and support to help you scale a multimillion dollar brokerage business. This is a 100% commission based role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who are hungry to grow.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value commercial real estate investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including brokers, developers, and end clients
• Manage and execute on a robust pipeline of deals from acquisition through disposition
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on investment strategies and market trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of deals
• Generate and manage client relationships to drive long-term growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• Proven track record of closing large transactions and managing complex deals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for commercial real estate and a desire to build a successful career in the industry
