About the role
We are partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare real estate owner, developer, and operator seeking a Senior Commercial Leasing Attorney to join its growing in-house legal team. This attorney will work closely with executive leadership, leasing, development, asset management, and operations teams supporting a sophisticated national healthcare real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Medical office building leasing
- Commercial office leasing
- Lease amendments, renewals, and extensions
- Assignments and subleases
- Easements and operating agreements
- Development and lease-up projects
- Leasing support for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Asset management and operational legal matters
Requirements
- Attorneys with 4–10+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong commercial leasing drafting and negotiation experience
- Attorneys from sophisticated law firms, developers, REITs, healthcare systems, or in-house legal departments
- Florida Bar members in good standing
