Job Details
A prominent, full-service regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its established Portland practice.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of substantive commercial real estate experience
- Broad experience handling commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Significant experience with acquisitions and dispositions
- Experience in several additional areas, such as: Commercial leasing, Real estate financing, Development projects, Title and survey review, Easements and property rights, Land use and zoning, Environmental diligence, Entity and ownership structuring
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions and competing deadlines
- Excellent client-service skills and a practical, business-oriented approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across offices and practice areas

Compensation
Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $240,000 per year.
