Senior Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Our client is a Senior Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney who has worked on complex commercial acquisition/disposition transactions as well as commercial financings. The successful candidate will also have experience with drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements.

Responsibilities

• Senior level experience in commercial real estate sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts
• Representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, contract preparation, and finalizing of transactions
• Advising clients on debt and equity financing matters, and structuring and negotiating financial terms
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service
• Keeping abreast of current trends and legal developments in commercial real estate law and advising clients accordingly
• Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the commercial real estate sector

$250,000 - $400,000 per year
