About the role
A mid-sized, highly regarded New York City Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience. The opportunity will be for the Transactional Real Estate practice group.
Responsibilities
- Run leasing deals independently
- Draft and negotiate leases
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions (optional)
- Business development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
- Portable book of business (optional)
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions (optional)
- Interest in business development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
- Portable book of business (optional)
