About the role

A mid-sized, highly regarded New York City Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience. The opportunity will be for the Transactional Real Estate practice group.

Responsibilities

  • Run leasing deals independently
  • Draft and negotiate leases
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions (optional)
  • Business development and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
  • Portable book of business (optional)

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in New York
  • 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions (optional)
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
  • Portable book of business (optional)
