About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive property and lease administration services, assisting in monthly/quarterly reporting, training new Lease Specialists, conducting rent analysis and processing rent payments, managing vendor/landlord relationships, reviewing landlord reconciliation statements and tax calculations for accuracy, managing data entry of lease documents and tracking critical dates, drafting landlord notices and coordinating legal review for transaction documents, responding to questions regarding procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations, and performing special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive property and lease administration services
  • Aid in monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Train new Lease Specialists and interpret lease documents
  • Conduct rent analysis and process rent payments
  • Manage vendor/landlord relationships and resolve issues
  • Review landlord reconciliation statements and tax calculations for accuracy
  • Manage data entry of lease documents and track critical dates
  • Draft landlord notices and coordinate legal review for transaction documents
  • Respond to questions regarding procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in real estate related field, or business administration, or paralegal studies, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 4+ years real estate experience

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Prior experience with using a lease administration database
  • Proven ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
  • Proven customer service skills to include handling escalated situations
  • Advanced mathematical, financial, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific databases / programs

Pay

The base pay for this position generally is between $23.75 and $42.80. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
