Senior Commercial Finance and Pricing Analyst (Plymouth, MN or Nashville, TN)

About the role

The Senior Commercial Finance and Pricing Analyst will consolidate, measure, and report commercial performance, conduct financial modeling, and assist with rebate and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, sales data, and equipment rentals to identify market trends and provide variance analysis.
• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with data scientists to develop automated sales and pricing performance dashboards.
• Support finance and commercial operations with accurate and timely rebates, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Handle all collections' inquiries regarding equipment rental charges.
• Provide financial models and analysis to support various sales initiatives, such as rebate programs and pricing strategies.
• Communicate and present financial insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain leaders to identify potential opportunities and threats to sales growth.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and/or relevant general analytical skills are necessary. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI, and a strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems are essential. Must be able to perform the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization are required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously are also important.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $85,000 to $136,000. The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $81,000 to $129,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is an office role. Employees are required to work at least 3 days per week in the company's facilities.
