About the role
You'll be an on-site representative for small business and commercial customers, verifying project installations while providing troubleshooting support and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.
- Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues per customer specifications.
- Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers.
- Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Energy efficiency experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday (no weekends).
- On-the-job training provided.
Pay
- Compensation range: $19.80 – $29.70 per hour.
- Target compensation: $27 – $28 per hour.
