Senior Commercial Energy Auditor
About the role
To be considered, you must be within commutable distance to Philadelphia. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Energy Auditor!
Responsibilities
- Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.
- Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues per customer specifications.
- Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers.
- Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
- Provide on the job training.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Energy efficiency experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Must reside in or around Philadelphia for frequent travel within the territory.

Target Compensation: $27-$28 per hour.
