Senior Commercial Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Commercial Administrative and Marketing Coordinator (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike. As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to an assigned broker or team of brokers. From project management to marketing, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation and are ready to tackle any client-facing challenge or transaction administration task that comes your way.
This is an on-site role based at our Ft. Lauderdale office.
Responsibilities
- Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.
- Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade records, and supporting paperwork.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
- Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project.
- Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites.
- Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g., financial, marketing, research).
- Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.
- Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with exposure to the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign to make edits to marketing material/templates.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT/Word/Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.
- Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
