Senior Collections Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a contract Senior Collections Specialist with a leading fleet management company that helps large businesses manage their corporate vehicle fleets. The company manages more than 600,000 vehicles globally and generates approximately $3 billion in annual revenue. Hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts to clear discrepancies (short payments, misapplications) and resolve questions that arise
• Generate monthly reconciliation reports
• Update complex Excel reports daily and keep management informed
• Assist team lead in reviewing daily work assignments and redistributing tasks to ensure on-time completion
• Support periodic third-party audits by providing required documentation
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (not required)
• 5+ years of B2B collection experience, including work with $30M+ Fortune 500-level portfolios
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with a large ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)

Pay

$28–$31 per hour
