Senior Coach, Agile Coach

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Coach, Agile Coach to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will guide Agile adoption across technical initiatives, helping teams and leaders strengthen delivery discipline and operate with greater transparency. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to improve flow, remove systemic barriers, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will also shape training, reporting, and coaching practices that support scalable execution and better delivery outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles and practices to enhance delivery outcomes Identify and remove systemic impediments to improve team effectiveness and delivery flow Facilitate Agile workshops and training tailored to teams' needs Support Agile reporting and tools for better transparency and continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance delivery practices in technical initiatives Communicate Agile adoption progress and identify risks and improvement opportunities Mentor peers on Agile behaviors and effective use of Agile ceremonies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, or related fields required Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care Support for working families, including dependent care and adoption assistance Behavioral health solutions and family building support Paid parental and caregiver leave Variety of training programs and professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
