Key Responsibilities

  • Enable the organization by developing highly effective teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained success.
  • Bring strong consulting and facilitation skills to guide organization leaders through improving their agile mindset.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills and strong time management skills.
  • Bring an adaptive coaching style with the ability to work with teams at various levels and in locations around the world.
  • Break down complex information into understandable terminology and actionable concepts.
  • Build and support an enterprise Coaching Center of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching available to the whole organization.
  • Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and have the ability to coach to the AI disruption of the traditional SDLC.
  • Understands when to apply traditional agile methodologies vs. when to experiment with new approaches to manage AI disruption.
  • Proficient in a high standard of engineering practices and how to apply them.
  • Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between teams and make suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Lead implementation teams and ensure the successful execution of new ideas or approaches.
  • Cover coordination with the team to define the measures of success for process improvements.
  • Identify the interrelatedness of work activities across teams and recommend improvements to processes to increase effectiveness.
  • Secure the necessary resources or support from senior leadership to implement new ideas or approaches.
  • Ensure process improvement initiatives focus on measurable results and help teams establish measurements.
  • Coordinate different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contribute own suggestions.
  • Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies/processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.
  • Create clear, concise, and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages).
  • Consider and understand the audience’s specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language.

Qualifications

  • Inherent understanding and passion for WWT's Core Values
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in an IT organization
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or Agile Consultant
  • PREFERRED: Experience working as an Agile Coach in a Scaled Agile environment
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or comparable degree/experience
  • Power user of an Agile management tool such as ServiceNow SPM, digital.ai, JIRA, or Rally
  • Passion for the potential of AI and familiarity with AI tools (e.g.: Copilot, Claude, Devon)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay

Average annual base pay range: $110,800 to $138,500
