Job Duties
- Manages projects related to MyChart Epic Module.
- Collaborates with operational leaders to enhance patient engagement.
- Provides support to the MyChart Support Desk as they respond to calls from patients about technical issues.
- Provides application/database analysis and support, system integration, interface integration, or customized application solutions for clinical applications used throughout the Baylor clinical departments.
- Designs, develops, and maintains custom clinical content to enhance workflows and efficiency utilizing the electronic medical records system and/or application software as assigned.
- Performs application monitoring and planning, utilization tracking, and reporting.
- Manages projects for enhancements and automation of clinical workflows.
- Provides secondary support to team members to assist with supporting other application modules as needed.
- Implements and supports system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications. Coordinates with Baylor-IT personnel and Baylor affiliated IT departments.
- Acts as operational/data liaison with Baylor departments to identify and resolve operational workflows issues related to technology, and issues related to data, data integrity, and interfaces.
- Provides technical and helpdesk support to Baylor clients and Baylor affiliated clients using or planning to use computing resources as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Department-specific Requirements
- Experience in Ambulatory, MyChart, and/or Care Everywhere.
- Accreditation and/or certification in Ambulatory, MyChart, and/or Care Everywhere.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Epic certification in Ambulatory, MyChart, and/or Care Everywhere.
