Senior Client Success Director

About the role

The Senior Client Success Director (Sr. CSD) serves as the primary client contact within the Wiland organization for an assigned book of business. This role is responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals while driving client satisfaction, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Primary client contact for assigned book of business
• Work independently and manage large clients, developing and growing their business with Wiland
• Track record of consistent client growth in meeting growth objectives
• Develop and maintain strong, valued relationships with “C Level” executives at the client’s organizations
• Apply knowledge of Wiland’s complete suite of products and services to recommend solutions that align with client needs
• Select appropriate models and develop strategic recommendations and proposals
• Responsible for all revenue for assigned clients
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients as appropriate to maximize revenue results
• Strategize with clients, becoming educated and experienced in clients’ industries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s businesses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years experience in the direct marketing/data industry or 8+ years experience in list circulation or client service experience
• 8+ years experience with Microsoft software products and research capabilities on the Internet
• 4+ years experience in sales and account management

• Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
