Senior Client Services Project Manager, Actimize
About the role
This person will be responsible for organizing, mentoring and leading project teams to deploy our business solutions within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to successfully implement Actimize solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop project plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on best practices
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or financial services context
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with Actimize solutions
- Experience with financial services industry regulations and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong understanding of financial crime, risk, and compliance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
