Senior Client Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Champion and execute client delivery and service processes to manage client initiatives
- Promote the voice of the customer for end-to-end client satisfaction and engagement
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their business objectives
- Align with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and others for business success
- Provide feedback to Credit Processing Leadership team on new offerings and client needs
- Map out and execute strategies for scaled product adoption across key customers
- Identify and implement improvements to project methodologies, deliverables, reporting, and training to enhance service and delivery capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field required
- 9+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
- Show proven success in driving delivery
- Strong understanding of business financial practices and accounting
- Extensive experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting

Benefits
At Fiserv, we offer competitive compensation packages including a salary range of $120,000.00 - $198,000.00. The exact amount may vary based on location. We also provide an annual incentive opportunity, which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonuses and equity awards.
Pay
The salary range applies to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
