Senior Program Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive a major transformation effort by owning a critical workstream from planning through delivery. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to coordinate execution, manage risk, and keep milestones, budgets, and readiness activities on track. The position requires strong cross-functional influence, disciplined program governance, and clear communication to ensure the workstream advances business objectives and supports successful adoption across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned workstream within the transformation program
- Own planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery tracking
- Define and manage workstream objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify, track, and manage workstream risks and issues
- Prepare and provide updates on workstream progress and status
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Partner with business leads for readiness and adoption activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in integrated planning and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence others
- Deep experience in large-scale program budget management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
$119,100 – $186,560 annually
