Senior Client Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Client Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Fiserv. As a Senior Client Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Fiserv meets its commitments to financial institution partners while driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Champion and execute client delivery and service processes to manage client initiatives
• Promote and implement feedback from the client voice to enhance end-to-end client satisfaction and engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their business objectives
• Align with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and others, to ensure aligned business success
• Provide feedback to Credit Processing Leadership team regarding new offerings and client needs based on insights gained from the delivery and service process
• Develop strategies to facilitate the widespread adoption of products among key customers
• Identify areas for improvement in project methodologies, deliverables, reporting, and training to enhance service and delivery capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field required
• 9+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
• Show proven success in delivering projects
• Have a strong working knowledge of business financial practices and accounting
• Exhibit strong skills in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact with clients at all levels
