About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust benefits administration systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on benefits programs.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and benefits compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and benefits management software.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with benefits technology platforms such as Workterra and ComplianceDashboard.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with benefits technology platforms such as Workterra and ComplianceDashboard.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
