About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust benefits administration systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on benefits programs.
- Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law and benefits compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and benefits management software.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with benefits technology platforms such as Workterra and ComplianceDashboard.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
