About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative benefits solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address employee needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze benefit program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders about benefits offerings and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with benefits technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of health insurance exchanges and COBRA regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
