About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative benefits solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address employee needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze benefit program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders about benefits offerings and changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with benefits technology platforms.
- Knowledge of health insurance exchanges and COBRA regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
