What You Bring

  • Client services experience required
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Financial advisory industry experience required
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Exhibit professional phone demeanor
  • Individual must also possess good organizational skills, efficiency skills, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork
  • Understanding and evaluating complex client processes through critical thinking
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and proficiency with using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and perform data analysis is required
