About the role
The Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions, establishing clear and detailed requirements for positions in Space Programs – NASA and Space Force. This role involves sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and providing consultative solutions to drive business and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define and validate key position requirements
- Establish trust and confidence with managers, peers, and candidates through effective communication and integrity
- Identify and attract quality candidates using traditional and non-traditional resources
- Source, recruit, pre-screen, and assess candidates for a variety of skill sets
- Determine job offer details, negotiate, prepare, and extend new hire offers
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
- Accurately document, audit, and track candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Comply with government, CGI, and HR laws, policies, and procedures
- Participate and contribute to process improvement strategies and projects within the broader Talent Acquisition Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6+ years of related technical recruiting experience, preferably in filling highly technical Space related engineering roles or technology systems
- Professional Services recruiting experience preferred
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Analytical, organized, problem-solver who is driven by results
- Prominent ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and senior-level management
- Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc)
- General Human Resources knowledge and understanding of common recruiting metrics
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of related technical recruiting experience, preferably in filling highly technical Space related engineering roles or technology systems
- You should have professional Services recruiting experience
- You should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- You should possess analytical, organized, problem-solving skills, and be driven by results
- You should have proven self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$79,600.00 - $176,300.00
Schedule
This position requires in-office support at least two days a week, with the requirement to support local job fairs, hiring, and networking events.
