Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Program Leadership & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-year integration programs, encompassing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, change control, and outcomes.
- Utilize AI-enabled planning and collaboration tools to develop, maintain, and actively manage integrated master program plans across multiple workstreams, products, and functional teams.
- Apply predictive analytics, historical delivery data, and AI-assisted insights to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery, customer impact, compliance, cost-to-serve, or revenue retention.
- Facilitate executive-level decision making by framing tradeoffs, options, and recommendations with clarity and data.
- Provide consistent, high-quality program reporting on milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery health to senior and executive leadership.
- Product Integration Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own the multi-year integration strategy and roadmap to evolve, align, and consolidate product capabilities across the Clinisys portfolio.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define integration approaches, sequencing, and data migration strategies.
- Rationalize and consolidate requirements across products to enable scalable, SaaS-aligned and AI-first capabilities.
- Ensure integration initiatives deliver measurable outcomes including ARR retention, reduced churn risk, improved scalability, and reduced cost-to-serve.
- Operational Readiness & Business Enablement
- Own operational readiness of integrated and migrated systems, teams, and processes, ensuring continuity of service, scalability, security, and compliance prior to and through go live.
- Partner with Sales to understand the install base, account segmentation, and customer impact of integrations, ensuring readiness plans account for customer risk, revenue protection, and adoption paths.
- Support positioning, messaging, demos, and proposal inputs related to integrated and AI enabled solutions by ensuring readiness assumptions, limitations, and dependencies are well understood across teams.
- Partner with Services to define delivery and migration approaches, assess skillsets and capacity, and ensure the organization is prepared to execute at scale post integration.
- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success to ensure support enablement, service transition, and post go live stabilization plans are in place to mitigate customer risk and improve long-term retention.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success with clear readiness ownership, entry/exit criteria, and risk mitigation plans.
- AI-Enabled Program Delivery
- Leverage AI and GenAI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, synthesis) to improve program planning, analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure AI-enabled capabilities introduced through integrations deliver measurable operational, customer, or commercial impact.
- Collaborate with engineering and governance teams to ensure responsible AI delivery aligned with platform standards.
- Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership
- Serve as the accountable owner for program outcome.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional forums, working sessions, and program reviews.
- Communicate complex program scenarios clearly and concisely at the executive level.
- Resolve conflicts and drive alignment across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
- Advanced Program Management Expertise
- Expert knowledge of program and portfolio management principles and governance
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, highly complex programs concurrently
- Strong experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, risk detection, reporting, and delivery efficiency
- Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete or evolving information
- Technical & Domain Fluency
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid SDLC methodologies
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data migration
- Strong data literacy and ability to interpret AI-generated insights
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Working knowledge of laboratory operations and healthcare or life sciences environments
- Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across global, distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience delivering complex software programs, including large initiatives with hundreds of tasks, multiple dependencies, and strict deadlines
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale integrations or platform transitions
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools to support program delivery, analytics, automation, or operational decision-making in a software or technology-driven environment
- Strong Program and Project Management skills; professional certification preferred
- Experience delivering SaaS products within complex or regulated environments
- Direct experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is required
- MBA and/or Master’s in Health Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science
- Experience supporting go-to-market activities and working closely with Sales and Marketing
- Experience leading or supporting the delivery of AI-enabled or Generative AI product capabilities
- Prior experience in healthcare, laboratory, or life sciences software environments
- International travel as needed for customer engagements, site migrations, and internal workshops (approximately up to 25%)

Starting Pay Range
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $100,000 - $130,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
