Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program/project management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale integrations/platform transitions
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support program delivery, analytics, automation, or operational decision-making
• Strong Program and Project Management skills; professional certification preferred
• Experience delivering SaaS products within complex or regulated environments
• Direct experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

Preferred Experience & Education

• MBA and/or Master’s in Health Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science
• Experience supporting go-to-market activities and working closely with Sales and Marketing
• Experience leading or supporting the delivery of AI-enabled or Generative AI product capabilities
• Prior experience in healthcare, laboratory, or life sciences software environments

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
