Senior GTM Program Manager - Migrations

About the role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline the entire customer journey from opportunity to post-implementation success
• Define workflows and eligibility criteria across Sales, PS, TS, and CSM teams
• Establish KPIs for monitoring customer flow health throughout the lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively for program success
• Act as a touchpoint for executive stakeholders, ensuring program updates and escalations are communicated
• Leverage AI to enhance reporting and automatically flag at-risk engagements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/engagement management, especially in SaaS and consulting delivery
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in program health tracking and utilization of BI tools
• Strong executive communication skills for clear and concise reporting
• Ability to foresee challenges and operationalize solutions without direct authority
• Experience with software implementations or cloud migrations

Pay

$140,000 – $180,000 annually
