Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation Executive Legal Assistant)
Job Summary
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation) to join our team in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Omaha, Springfield, or St. Louis. This position works onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Workflow Ownership
- Coordinates workflow for assigned attorneys, delegates tasks, and manages priorities.
- Prepares and processes new matter forms, coordinates billing, and supports alternative fee arrangements.
- Coordinates client communications and manages sensitive information.
- Supports business development initiatives and maintains client databases.
- Manages attorneys' inboxes, drafts and reviews emails, and provides administrative support.
- Prepares, edits, and manages legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Shows proficiency in Commercial Litigation and collaborates with team members for maximum job effectiveness.
- Identifies process improvements and participates in relevant training to stay up-to-date with technology and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework or commensurate professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills, including concise status updates and recommendations.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; previous transcription experience preferred.
- Exercise discretion, judgment, and composure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; previous transcription experience preferred.
- Discretion, judgment, and composure.

Pay
The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows: State of Illinois: $63,000 - $122,000; State of Minnesota: $70,000 - $115,000.
Schedule
This position works onsite at least 3 days per week.
