Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation Executive Legal Assistant)
Job Summary
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation) to join our team in one of our Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Omaha, Springfield, or St. Louis offices. This position works onsite at least 3 days per week.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field or commensurate professional and educational experience
- 5+ years relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership, preferably in a professional services environment
- 3+ years relevant legal assistance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive work to resolution with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills, including providing concise, solutions-oriented status updates and recommendations to attorneys and other stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information of highest level
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; previous transcription experience preferred
- Exercise discretion, judgment, and composure
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Stationary for prolonged periods, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary, inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time, and occasionally lift and carry 25-35 pounds

Pay
The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows: State of Illinois: $63,000 - $122,000; State of Minnesota: $70,000 - $115,000.
Schedule
This position works onsite at least 3 days per week.
