JOB DUTIES
- Prepare correspondence, memorandums, and type essential forms and documents.
- Maintain inmate files, conduct audits on new inmates, and prepare necessary forms.
- Input data into the CDC database, retrieve and print information, and maintain classification documentation.
- Receive, date stamp, sort, and distribute mail; handle, copy, scan, and fax documents.
- Answer phone calls professionally, assist inmate families, and take on special projects and other clerical duties as assigned.
