Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who would enjoy working on a variety of projects for municipal and some industrial clients throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute civil projects throughout the Midwest - Collaborate with management, marketing, and other disciplines across all offices - Work directly with existing clients - Develop new clients through targeted marketing efforts - Provide a key role as mentor and advisor to Donohue civil engineering staff of all experience levels

Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience - B.S., Civil Engineering or related field - PE registration

Qualifications

- Strong project management, planning, design, and construction engineering skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills

- Proficiency in civil engineering software - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
