Responsibilities

  • Follow GMP, GLP, and ISO 17025 requirements, as applicable.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, data integrity, and safety.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, client focus, and alignment with company values.
  • Effectively prioritize work to meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Maintain required training and provide clear communication and feedback.
  • Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement process improvements.
  • Perform complex and non-routine testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, ICP, mass spectrometry, wet chemistry, and specialized instrumentation.
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
  • Execute testing with accuracy, precision, and sound laboratory practices.
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory work areas.
  • Support method development, transfer, validation, and verification activities.
  • Draft and execute validation protocols and reports.
  • Provide analytical support for validation studies and recommend technical improvements.
  • Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation.
  • Review and approve analytical data generated by other analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements.
  • Train and mentor new personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties and support department objectives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related discipline
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Gas Chromatography

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
