About the role

The Senior Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role involves managing one of the four sections of the kitchen, sharing knowledge with junior chefs, and participating in the award-winning apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one of the four sections of the kitchen
  • Oversee junior chefs to share knowledge and skills
  • Support and inspire apprentices in the award-winning apprenticeship program
  • Work in a dynamic team environment
  • Experience opportunities at multiple properties and potential progression to Junior Sous or Sous Chef roles

Qualifications

  • Confidence and ability to lead a dynamic team
  • Experience managing kitchen sections
  • Knowledge of local suppliers and seasonal produce
  • Passion for creating an unforgettable dining experience

Pay and Schedule

The pay package is £34,829.52 per annum, including a Tronc, with an hourly rate of £16.70.

Schedule

The role is 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
