About the role
The Senior Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role involves managing one of the four sections of the kitchen, sharing knowledge with junior chefs, and participating in the award-winning apprenticeship program.
Responsibilities
- Manage one of the four sections of the kitchen
- Oversee junior chefs to share knowledge and skills
- Support and inspire apprentices in the award-winning apprenticeship program
- Work in a dynamic team environment
- Experience opportunities at multiple properties and potential progression to Junior Sous or Sous Chef roles
Qualifications
- Confidence and ability to lead a dynamic team
- Experience managing kitchen sections
- Knowledge of local suppliers and seasonal produce
- Passion for creating an unforgettable dining experience

Pay and Schedule
The pay package is £34,829.52 per annum, including a Tronc, with an hourly rate of £16.70.
Schedule
The role is 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
