Senior Channel Development Professional
The Senior Channel Development Professional role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to shape sales readiness strategies that directly influence business performance and associate effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales readiness strategies and programs for one or more lines of business and targeted business segments.
- Create and deliver sales readiness materials, including training content, communications, job aids, and other enablement resources that support business priorities.
- Analyze sales, operational, participation, utilization, and readiness data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data-driven recommendations designed to increase associate readiness, sales effectiveness, product knowledge, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders, operational stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess readiness needs and develop strategic, competitive enablement solutions.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of sales enablement, training, and employee performance resources.
- Maintain readiness metrics, participation levels, and performance trends to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage mid- to large-scale projects, determining appropriate approaches and technical solutions while working with considerable independence.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving consumer and employee experiences through stronger readiness, adoption, and execution.
Accountabilities also include occasional travel for meetings or training sessions as business needs require.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Training, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects. Experience supporting sales readiness, sales enablement, training, employee enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related initiatives is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently on moderately complex to complex assignments and exercise sound judgment.
Additional experience with sales readiness strategy, organizational effectiveness, change management, performance consulting, competency models, readiness assessments, performance measurement, or adoption strategies is a plus.
Benefits include an annual base salary of $86,300–$118,700, depending on geographic location, experience, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
