Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies that support successful adoption of business and technology initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Create and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans that support project objectives.
- Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to increase adoption and minimize resistance.
- Partner with project managers and business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement efforts and build alignment across multiple groups.
- Track adoption metrics, monitor change progress, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support and coach project teams, sponsors, and business leaders throughout the change lifecycle.
- Develop communication materials, reports, presentations, and training resources.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience developing communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and training programs.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, project delivery, or a related field.
Skills
- Change Management certification or completion of a formal change management program (preferred).
- Experience supporting website, digital experience, communications, workplace collaboration, or customer-facing technology initiatives (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and project lifecycle processes (preferred).
- Experience within nonprofit, education, cultural, or mission-driven organizations (preferred).
- Experience creating training materials and leading employee engagement programs (preferred).
- Knowledge of user adoption measurement, organizational readiness assessments, and change analytics (preferred).
Pay
Salary range: $85,000 – $113,000.
Schedule
Hybrid 3x onsite.
