Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing change management practice in Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty’s Digital Roadmap.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult with and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Serve as a resource for junior team members
  • Manage stakeholder alignment in collaboration with the project manager and sponsor
  • Actively participate in change management forums and stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to drive successful organizational change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field
  • Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferred

  • Experience with project management software, MS Office, and other tools for preparing training and communications, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex written plans, reports, and communications
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver training sessions, interviews, and other engagement opportunities
