About the role
Drive transformation and inspire engagement by shaping how change happens across the home office. In this role, you’ll design and lead end-to-end change and communication strategies for high-impact initiatives, partnering with leaders to align efforts and mitigate risks. You’ll craft compelling, multi-channel messaging that connects enterprise priorities to actionable steps for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence through every stage of change.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change and communication efforts for high-impact initiatives, ensuring clarity and confidence for stakeholders.
- Design and execute end-to-end strategies and tactical solutions that align with enterprise priorities and deliver a seamless experience.
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify risks, integrate efforts, and drive alignment across competing initiatives.
- Craft compelling, multi-channel messaging that connects big-picture goals to actionable steps for our people.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing creativity and precision to every stage of change.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or related fields.
- Strong project and content ownership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience writing in AP style and/or Smart Brevity preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools; Prosci or equivalent certification preferred.
- Background in multi-channel messaging strategies.
- Ability to interpret stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables.
Schedule
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
