Senior Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We're seeking a Senior Campaign Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing campaigns and work with major brands. Key responsibilities include managing campaigns, preparing proposals, attending pitches, and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day influencer and social marketing campaigns
• Create proposals for prospective clients, identifying correct mechanics, influencers, and creatives for each brand
• Attend pitches and assist in client phone calls
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and campaigns are delivered successfully
• Oversee and manage large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and liaise with account managers
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
• Competent writing and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure
• Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements)

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $90,000 USD, with individual compensation varying based on job-related factors.
